An average of the ETFs I track is currently giving a neutral signal, as one would expect. The 50 EMA has been providing support at 50.88 as the index itself finished the week at 51.02. I’d actually look for a close under that 50 EMA before I’d get too aggressive with my short positions. We have the FOMC coming up on Tuesday and the seasonality has been decisively bullish heading into that. What happens after the Fed is anyone’s guess as the last two have been about as exciting as that birthday party at Mc Donald’s your five-year-old was invited to. Have a good weekend!
